Prices and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude Australian GST of 10%. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard. We also accept direct deposits and cheque. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfill your order, checked details and stock availability and dispatched your goods. We do not charge your credit card until dispatching your order.

Delivery

All “Have you met Miss Jones” products are made in the Philippines. We usually have stock of all items but there may be times when items have sold out and we are waiting on production and delivery. This can take between 8-12 weeks. In this case we will contact you directly to inform you on delivery times. We deliver using Australia Post or for larger orders Star Track couriers. Delivery times are between 5-7 working days. If you require your order for a specific date please let us know and we will endeavor to get it to you as soon as possible.

Delivery Costs

The delivery costs vary on weight and dimension. We will always strive to use the most cost effective way of delivering your goods.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Returns Policy

“Have you met Miss Jones” offers a 14-day return policy on products that are 'Damaged in Transit' or 'Incorrectly Shipped'. Details of our 'Damaged in Transit' and 'Incorrectly Shipped' policies are provided in this document.

Damaged in Transit Policy

In the event that you receive a product that appears to have been 'Damaged in Transit' that is, damaged in transit from “Have you met Miss Jones” to you, you should notify our Service staff immediately. To minimize processing time and potential difficulties in proving the cause of damage, we recommend that all 'Damaged in Transit Products' be returned to “Have you met Miss Jones” within 14 days of delivery.

For products which are determined by “Have you met Miss Jones” to be damaged in transit, a credit will be issued for the original purchase price of product returned and the freight costs associated with the initial delivery to you.

Please note that events such as wilful damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return.

Incorrectly Shipped Product

In the event that you receive a product that is different to the one ordered ('Incorrectly Shipped Product') you should notify our Service staff immediately upon receipt of the product. For all 'Incorrectly Shipped Products', a credit will be issued for the original purchase price of product returned and the freight costs associated with the initial delivery to you.

We will arrange for the product to be collected from you for return to “Have you met Miss Jones”.
